The first thing you notice when looking for a home is the curb appeal. As you drive up, you get an immediate feeling about the house based on things like style, color, hardscaping and upkeep. We spend a lot of time thinking about the inside of our house because we see it every day, but the exterior of our home is just as important. Keeping our homes in top shape not only increases the property value, but can save us save money in the long run.
